The Benefits of Softwash:
Softwashing is the latest evolution of pressure washing. This is the process of applying water at low pressure, along with our eco-friendly/
biodegradable solution and soap to effectively exterminate and eliminate organic growth and staining on various surfaces.
This process uses little to no pressure (under 100 psi) to clean and uses approximately 66% less water than traditional pressure washing, yet it restores curb appeal and protects the beauty and structural integrity of your investment.
When done correctly, softwash cleaning will not damage your landscaping or surface. We know that you take pride in your lawn and surrounding vegetation. Our tried and true process will only add value to your property without damage to your plant life.
We use our proprietary algicidal solution to gently remove gloeocapsa magma (black) roof stains, moss, lichen, and other organisms that thrive on your roof. The softwash process relies on the cleaning solution to do the work, not high pressure.
